5 Truths to Hold onto When Your Life Is Turned Upside Down.

“Finding Purpose in Life’s Disruptions”

We all face disruptive moments—those unexpected events that shake us out of our routines and challenge our plans. While these moments are rarely comfortable, they often carry a deeper purpose. Here are five truths to hold onto when life feels uncertain or overwhelming:

  1. Disruptive Moments Are Often Divine Appointments
What may feel like a setback is sometimes God’s way of setting you up for something greater. These moments can be the start of a transformation you never expected.
  2. Progress Without Pain Is Usually Not Possible
Growth often comes through discomfort. Just like a seed breaks open before it blooms, we must sometimes endure challenges to reach the next level of our journey.
  3. The Promise of God Is the Provision of Grace
No matter what you’re facing, God’s grace is sufficient. His promises are a constant reminder that you are never walking alone, even in the hardest times.
  4. Disruptive Moments Produce Dynamic Growth
These seasons stretch us, refine us, and make us stronger. The lessons learned in times of disruption often prepare us for the blessings ahead.
  5. What You Receive Depends on How You Respond
Your response shapes your outcome. Trust God, lean into His Word, and allow these moments to deepen your faith and resilience.

While disruptions rarely feel good in the moment, remember the promise of Romans 8:28: “And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose.” Even when life feels uncertain, you can trust that it is working for your good in the long run.

Lean into the process, hold onto these truths, and know that God is working everything out for His glory and your growth.

Don’t Be Deceived

We all know that a life filled with deception and lies is the work of the enemy. The deceiver’s goal is to prevent us from walking in the truth.

It is very important for us to be truthful with ourselves, if we are committed to living abundantly. We must examine our actions and motives, even though it may be very difficult to face the truth. It will be a blessing to be liberated from the lies and deception of enemy, because the bondage of deceit is too heavy of a burden to carry.

Always seek the truth in the B.I.B.L.E. (Basic. Instruction. Before. Leaving. Earth). The truth will make you free and who the “Son” sets free, is free indeed. #peace #abundantlife #joy #spiritualgrowth #personaldevelopment #lifecoaching

Broken Promises

Have you ever broken a promise? Do you recall how it felt? Or has anyone ever broken a promise to you? Well, I am so grateful that God is faithful and that according to the bible, He cannot lie. I believe at times during our waiting season, we wonder if God hears our prayers. Here are five promises of God that you can hide in your heart to encourage you, as you wait on God to come through.

  1. God Promises To Answer Your Prayers
Matthew 7:7, “Ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you.”

  2. God Promises To Always Be With You
Romans 8:38-39, “For I am persuaded that neither death nor life, nor angels nor principalities nor powers, nor things present nor things to come, nor height nor depth, nor any other created thing, shall be able to separate us from the love of God which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.”

  3. God Promises To Work All Things For Your Good
Romans 8:28, “And we know that all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are the called according to His purpose.”

  4. God Promises To Take Care Of All Your Needs
Philippians 4:19, “And my God shall supply all your needs according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus.”

  5. God Promises Freedom from Your Sin
I John 1:9, “If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.

God Can Heal and Restore You

No matter what you’re facing today, know that God can heal you and no matter what you been through, God can restore you. You will always have a reason to hope, if you place your faith in Him.

May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace as you trust in him, so that you may overflow with hope by the power of the Holy Spirit (Romans 15:13 NIV).

Take care and Be Blessed!
