There are some people who live lives short of God’s best because they expect things to be easy, But having this expectation can cheat us out of the rewards that God has for us simply because we want to avoid difficulty, God never promised that we can get through life by clicking the easy button. In fact, He promised us that we will have trials and tribulations and if we don’t get weary doing good we will reap rewards.
This tells us that there are blessings on the other side difficulties ( if our decisions are in alignment with His). So, If you refuse to give up, with God’s help you will overcome challenges and receive God’s best for your life.
Each new day that we are blessed to live is divided into 24-hour increments. When our eyes open in the morning, and we have the ability to move and have our being, we are blessed with opportunity to begin again, to try again, as well as place our hopes and thoughts in our dreams and visions again. Don’t take life or small beginnings for granted.
Too often we don’t move against the enemy when he comes against us with discouragement, fear, guilt or doubt. We listen to lies of the deceiver and stand in agreement with him, instead of standing on the word of God. The bible promised that we will experience trials and tribulations, none of us are exempt. We must fight the good fight of faith. The question becomes, is your faith built on quicksand or concrete?
