The world’s perspective can shift like the wind and today’s trends. So don’t allow the world to define who you are, or what should be important or a priority in your life. Instead come into agreement with who God says you are and take action on what you feel called to do. Meditate and rely on the truth of God’s word and His promises to encourage, guide, and strengthen you on this life journey.

Too many people are not living their dreams because they are in bondage with their fears. The fears have blocked their view of the future and have them paralyzed with what ifs.

They are afraid of what others think.

They are afraid of the unknown.

They are afraid of failure.

And they are afraid to move forward. So, their goals and dreams sit in their hearts and minds, and they lie there, and they die there. That’s why the graveyard is rich with unfulfilled goals and dreams.

Don’t be one of them.

Ask yourself a couple of questions: What do you want in life if money was not an issue? Secondly, what can you do right now?

Then take inspired action.

Mother Teresa of Calcutta says that the greatest disease in the West today is not TB or leprosy; it is being unwanted, unloved, and uncared for. She goes on to say that we can cure physical diseases with medicine, but the only cure for loneliness, despair and hopelessness is love. When was the last time that you asked yourself the question, “what is it that I need in this moment?” Or perhaps you felt the unction to reach out to someone and you honored that unction, and the person was blessed by the connection.

 It is time for us to step up our LOVE game which includes loving yourself in a healthy and balance way.

God has plans for believers. His plans are to prosper us and not to harm us. His plans are to give us hope and a future. His plans are a possibility and not positively. He knows what is best for us and will guide us through this journey called life if we will invite Him to take the lead, but He gives us freewill. How we approach each new day, and each new situation in life makes a big difference in our mental and spiritual health. If we decide that we will not be happy or be at peace unless we get what we want, then we will eat the fruit of unhappiness. Have you ever decided that it was going to be a bad day and your predications were correct? Instead of being upset or angry, choose to be at peace no matter what. The way we approach life makes all the difference in how we view life and when we have issues in life, let’s clean our lenses with some self-reflection and move forward peacefully.

You have the victory no matter how difficult the task may be; however, it will require your determination and discipline to obtain it. Keep a positive attitude and speak faith-filled words about your situation.

Being thankful chases anxiety away.

Being thankful chases away murmuring and complaining.

Being thankful chases away misery and strife.

When God places a dream within you that it is going to take effort on your part to make it happen. Dreams do come true; however, they rarely just drop in your lap. They require dedication and diligence, so hold onto your dreams. But be willing to do the hard work that will convert your dream to reality.
