Are You Cooperating with God?

God has plans for believers. His plans are to prosper us and not to harm us. His plans are to give us hope and a future. His plans are a possibility and not positively. Meaning that the plans won’t happen if we don’t cooperate with God. You see, we have a part to play in making the plans a reality. Because God will not do anything in our lives without our cooperation. He knows what is best for us and will guide us through this journey called life if we will invite Him to take the lead, but He gives us freewill. (Jeremiah 29:11, Matthew 6:33, Proverbs 3:5-6). #Godsway #Godsword #Godsplans

Have You Received It Yet?

I have a question for you. Have you received it yet? What, you may ask? God’s love for you. If so, take a moment to meditate on it. Then allow his love to change and strengthen you. Finally, give it away! Because what the world needs now is love sweet love. His precious love. #John3:16 #thoughtleader #servantleader #personalgrowth #spiritualgrowth #lifecoach

What’s Your Approach?

How we approach each new day, and each new situation in life makes a big difference in our mental and spiritual health. If we decide that we will not be happy or be at peace unless we get what we want, then we will eat the fruit of unhappiness. Have you ever decided that it was going to be a bad day and your predications were correct? Instead of being upset or angry, choose to be at peace no matter what. The way we approach life makes all the difference in how we view life and when we have issues in life, let’s clean our lenses with some self-reflection and move forward peacefully.

Dreams Do Come True

When God places a dream within you that it is going to take effort on your part to make it happen. Dreams do come true; however, they rarely just drop in your lap. They require dedication and diligence, so hold onto your dreams. But be willing to do the hard work that will convert your dream to reality.

Obey God

Sometimes we would rather follow our feelings rather than be obedient to what God is leading us to do. For example, forgiving someone who has disappointed you. However, when you obey God and do not succumb to your feelings, He will empower you to overcome the pain of your disappointment and He will give you the power to forgive the person who hurt you. But you must be obedient.

Bless and show kindness to those who curse you, pray for those who mistreat you. (Luke 6:28)

3 Tips on How to Replace Fear and Sadness with Joy

*What’s on your playlist? Worship and inspiration music does it for me. It is ideal to already have your music playlist created, so that when you are in sad, fearful or in distress–all you would need to do is click the button and allow the music to minister to your soul.

*Create affirmations and declarations and write them down, as well as keep them nearby to remind you of who you are and what you are believing over your life. This will come in handy on those days that you may have lost your way.

*Always remember that God is with you. Even when you don’t feel His presence; He promised to never leave you or forsake you, so be transparent with him and share what’s truly on your mind and in your heart. The bible says that he will give perfect peace to those who keep their purpose firm and put their trust in Him. (Isaiah 26:3)

Choose Your Thoughts and Words Wisely

The bible says that as a man thinks within himself, so he is (Proverbs 23:7). It actually has much to say about the power of the tongue and the words that we speak. In fact, the words that we speak not only affects others, but they affect you. I recall as a child saying, sticks and stones may break my bones, but names will never hurt! Oh, the lies we tell ourselves. Your attitudes, your emotional stability, your peace and your joy are all impacted by the words that you speak. So, choose your thoughts and words wisely.
